Golturkbuku Transfer
Göltürkbükü is a neighborhood of Bodrum district of Muğla province in the Aegean Region.
With the merger of Gölköy and Türkbükü villages under the name of "Göltürkbükü" on 27 December 1996, it took the status of municipality and turned into a town. It became a neighborhood with the law numbered 6360, which was accepted by the Turkish Grand National Assembly on 12 November 2012. In 2018, Gölköy and Türkbükü became separate neighborhoods.
Göltürkbükü area is 580.000 m². The east and south of Gölköy is the only forested area of the peninsula. Other regions are maquis.
