Boğazkent is a neighborhood in the Serik district of Antalya province.

On 5 November 1998, Boğazak and Ahmediye villages were merged under the name of "Boğazkent", and it became a town by taking the status of municipality. On November 2, 2012, it became a neighborhood with the law numbered 6360, which was accepted by the Turkish Grand National Assembly.


Boğazkent is in the east of Antalya, connected to the Serik District, 50 km from Antalya and 8 km from the Serik District. are at a distance. Neighbourhood; It is surrounded by Serik District in the north, Köprü Creek in the east, the Mediterranean Sea in the south and Belek in the west. The area of the town is 2170 hectares. Belek-Bogazkent coast is one of the seventeen regions where Caretta Caretta turtles prefer to lay their eggs. The Sea Turtle Monitoring and Protection Project, supported by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry Special Environmental Protection Agency, is carried out on two separate beaches, Patara and Boğazkent.
